Mountain Violets Floral Design does not collect any data from anyone visiting our website. Our lead designer will collect information including names and contact information during your event consultation, however this is only used to create quotes and for our internal processes of communication with our clients and creation of your florals. We do not sell any information gathered during your consultation.


The following are general provisions agreed to between the client and Mountain Violets Floral Design:

All flower arrangements will be made with only the freshest, highest quality flowers just for your special day.

If flowers are being delivered, a time will be set up for the florist’s entry into the venues on the day of the ceremony as well as a contact person.

The $100 retainer is non-refundable, will secure your date for the wedding season, and is considered your compliance with this agreement.

A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.

All changes to contract must be given to us at least a month prior to event. When your payment is due, all details must be finalized. This helps us properly plan for your event. 

Please feel free to contact us in the event of a flower emergency, and understand that we will do everything in our power to make your day as special as possible, but that there may be additional charges.

Due to the nature of this business, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions for specific flowers.  Unless specifics were given, the designer may make changes based upon availability and quality. Know that every effort will be made to secure specific flowers before making substitutions.

We want you to absolutely love your wedding florals. To that end, the client and designer will schedule a viewing (via photos) for the couple to approve their flowers the day prior to their event.

The client will inform the designer of all known floral allergies to be aware of. With that, the designer cannot guarantee no allergic reactions at the event for unknown floral allergies.

Any additional setup at the time of delivery (not previously discussed prior to the event day) will be subject to an additional charge, starting at a minimum of $100, with an additional $100/hr after the first hour. If family/day of coordinators request additional last-minute set up, we will confirm these additional charges with the bride first which can be paid up to two weeks after the event.
